Open letter to the shareholders of CJSC "Electric Networks of Armenia" and benefactor Samvel Karapetyan

Dear Mr. Mayor,

Application you are "current and former employees of the Nairit" factory, hoping that will support our call-petition.

V "Nairit Plant" CJSC, 2015 and April 7, "to receive electricity charges used by Electric Networks of Armenia" CJSC, the company and the insolvency of the debtor by Judge Armen Chichoyani Court of First Instance of the district of Shengavit 28 November granted, and the plant was declared bankrupt.

The award was unexpected and our incredibly painful, nairittsineris for which a whole life to live in the factory, and humbly dedicated their work to constantly maintain the high honor of Soviet Armenia and international markets with products of superior rubber "Nairit".

As we know, most recently in the energy infrastructure and natural resources ministry's website posted a statement, according to which a contest to engage the private partner for the purpose of industrial infrastructure recovery of the factory "Nairit", and invited to submit an application to the relevant interest organizations, 2017 - present on January 20, at 15:00.

It is known that in recent months the organizations acting on their willingness to invest in the factory, but the factory's bankruptcy judgment will become effective barrier for these companies, and the plant finally go through liquidation. It turns out, only one month before the expiration of the tender plant of bankruptcy accelerated plant may lose the opportunity to ever be launched.

Everyone is aware of your ongoing charitable initiatives for the benefit of Armenia and Artsakh, as evidenced granted "For Merit" 1st degree medal and numerous awards, his contribution in the protection of national interests of Armenians long and fruitful activity, for activities and contribution to Armenia's development and progress.

Given your abilities, respect your patriotic aspirations, please suspend judgment Bankruptcy plant until the end of January 20, 2017. You face the difficult choice. On one side of the plant, as well as the theft of several prominent officials from the other side, thousands of factory, for which the plant and in the home, and the ability to work and build the country. Prove that you are the country's primary interest is that you're really concerned about the country's economic aroghjatsmamb, show goodwill and bankruptcy judgment temporarily disable the plant, which will be announced in the contest to its logical conclusion.

We expect that as a patriotic youth, you allow that "resetting Nairit" factory become the cornerstone for the development of Armenia's economy.
