US Ambassador Richard Mills is very strange, made a sensational statement in a conversation with journalists.

Corruption may also be a problem for national security, because corrupt officials, corrupt businessmen abroad can provide an opportunity to influence the developments in Armenia. I think the Prime Minister is aware of and concerned about all this. I told the Prime Minister that the United States Embassy and the Government is ready to work with him and support him in any way possible. " 
 We are ready to work with him and support his approach are encouraging. this ambassador's speech passages are clear. 
 But what is meant by the following: "Corruption is also a problem for national security, because corrupt officials, corrupt businessmen abroad can provide an opportunity to influence the developments in Armenia." 
 What does this tell the US ambassador. Recall, until recently, was the largest outside Armenia Karen Karapetyan official. Prime Minister appointed him an opportunity to influence the developments in Armenia.
